Copyright and Reproductions
Kathleen M. Quigley Photography (The Photographer) owns the copyright on all images created and has the exclusive right to make reproductions and edits of any kind. The Photographer shall only make reproductions for the Photographer’s portfolio or the Client, samples, self-promotions, entry in photographic contests, art exhibitions, editorial use, website, or for display within or on the outside of the Photographer’s studio.

The Photographer: Kathleen M. Quigley Photography;

The Client: Any person, Body of persons, Firm, or Company with whom the Photographer enters into an agreement/contract for the sale of goods or provision of services.
